Products will be replaced within 7 days of purchase if found defective under the terms below.
This warranty does not cover products or components damaged by:
1. Physical deformation or damage, including cracks, breaks, chips, bends, dents, distortion, punctures or missing parts.
2. Modification, alteration or repair by anyone other than the company’s service center.
3. Conditions not caused by normal use or caused by improper storage, including water stains, rust, algae or burn marks.
4. Misuse, improper storage or accidents involving the product.
5. Damage caused by connected accessories or peripherals.
6. Damage caused by external factors such as undervoltage, overvoltage or lightning.
7. Damage caused by natural disasters.
8. Damage caused by neglect or failure to clean after use.

If the product is not covered by the warranty terms, the customer agrees to pay for parts and repair services without exception.
This service is available only for products under warranty.
Repair service fees and shipping costs are not included.
Purchased products cannot be returned for damage outside the warranty terms. The product includes a full 1 year warranty, and covered defects qualify for immediate replacement.
